By using Backlog Reaper, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 and legally able to agree to these terms. If local law requires parental consent for older minors, that consent is required.
The service
Backlog Reaper ranks games using public profile data, user preferences, estimates, and scoring rules. Recommendations are entertainment tools, not promises of accuracy. Features may change, pause, or end.
Your responsibilities
- Submit only your own profile or a profile you are authorized to check.
- Do not provide passwords, private credentials, unlawful content, or attempt to bypass platform or service limits.
- Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, resell, or use the service to cheat in multiplayer games.
Third-party services
Platform data is provided “as is” and may be delayed, inaccurate, changed, or withdrawn. Steam, Valve, and game publishers are independent third parties. Backlog Reaper is not sponsored, endorsed by, or affiliated with them.
Intellectual property
Backlog Reaper’s original interface, scoring presentation, code, and branding are protected by applicable law. Game titles, platform names, artwork, and third-party data remain the property of their respective owners and are used only as permitted by licenses, provider terms, or law.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties and the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law and contact
